First Impression Greeters have the unique opportunity to present the first warm friendly face to visitors and guests of CHBC.
Along with our handshake and a bulletin, our greeters will occasionally pass out special items such as mementos of the service or gifts for special days.
Our heart is to impact people in a positive, loving way from their very first experience at CHC.

Ability to serve 15-30 minutes prior to service times.

To some of us, nothing says, "Good Morning" like a good cup of coffee. For others it might be a cappuccino, a donut, a piece fruit or a soft drink. Whatever pleases the pallet, our Connections Cafe Team strive to make visitors and members feel "warmed and filled." Most Cafe workers serve before the first and second service. Some serve before and after setting up and taking down refreshment locations. Volunteers will still be able to attend a service with your family. |

Baptism is the act of obedience when new believers align themselves to a local assembly - a local family.
What a great opportunity to minister to new members into our family.
Baptism Ministry Team Members assist the Pastors in administering this precious Ordinance.

Decision Counselor

Decision counselors meet with people after services, often during their time of greatest need. Visitors or members come to the Hospitality Room to speak to someone about making a spiritual decision about their salvation, baptism, membership, etc. Decision Counselors are ready to lend a listening ear and Biblical encouragement regarding those decisions. They also offer information about CHC and its ministries. |
Member of CHC for at least one year.
Completed Bases
Decision Counselor Training
Ability to serve after one service per week for up to 30 minutes.
