Mother's Day Out

and pick up an application or call the church office and I will be happy to mail it to you.

Take advantage of Mother's Day Out at CHC.
Our Mothers Day Out is open on Mondays & Fridays of each week
from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
We do follow the DeSoto County School schedule, so if school is out for any reason on a Monday or Friday
Mother's Day Out is also cancelled.
Cost is as follows:
One-time Non-refundable registration fee of $25.00 per child.
One Child..............$105.00 per month for 2 days per week) Two children same family $185.00 per month
One Child............$60.00 per month
(1 day/week) Two children same family...$95.00 per month.
Notice: OUR 3 YR OLD CLASS IS FULL
We do have spaces in the Toddler, 2 Yr Old and 4 Yr Old classes.
If you had an application mailed to you, please return it to us now. Without the completed application and registration fee, we are unable to hold a place for your child.
